Leave your judgement and assumptions at the door; have a positive, can do, will try attitude; have high expectations of what ALL learners can achieve, teach expecting progress, celebrate the successes and be prepared to adapt when things have not worked well; have high aspirations for ALL learners regardless of their labels.
