Jonathan and his family and support network are an absolute inspiration and a testament to what is possible with belief and the opportunity to learn. Their visit was so powerful for our trainees in challenging thinking, giving a first-hand example of the limitations of ‘labels’ and also in the importance of treating every child as an individual and considering what they need in order to learn. 

Many of our students spoke afterwards about the power of the visit and the emotions it evoked and I know it will live long in their memories as a real example of what entitlement, equity and inclusion should mean for all children.
