Our whole-school and trust CPD is designed to challenge perceptions, raise expectations and inspire a more ambitious approach to literacy education for children and young people with complex needs. Through powerful stories, research and lived experience, we encourage professionals to reflect on assumptions, recognise potential and understand the life-changing role that literacy can play in a young person's future.

Sessions can be delivered online during staff meetings or in person on teacher development days and are tailored to the needs of your school, trust or organisation. We also offer bespoke sessions focusing on specific aspects of our work.
